The Dean’s Travel Grant awards are adjudicated by the GSA (Graduate Student Association). Decisions are projected to be made by Mid-February.

However, even after the decisions are made, it will take some time to get the gift cards, enter the awards, fill out direct pay forms, etc.

Thus, recipients of the award should expect to treat it as a reimbursement as opposed to actually paying for their travel given the time it takes to process these awards.
